3 Part Lesson — MG reveals a new way to Take-the-Back from X-Guard: [I] Popping the opponent up onto Full-X from Butterfly with Double-Unders, if he drops his knee from the Tree-Top Single and begins mule-kicking, grab onto his belt and tug him into a Back Bodylock. Switch for the Seatbelt and either trap his arm for the Crucifix or set your hook inside for Back Mount. [II] Never sit on your opponent's knee while holding his back off to the side; keep safe. If he knee drops on your chest early in the technique, grab onto his belt and shoulder while elevating your X-Hooks. Use the hooks and grips to stretch the opponent out while you let him drop down into your lap for the Back. [III] Make the opponent's knee cut to the outside of your hip before spinning him and releasing the belt to take his Back.

Awesome lesson, never seen a back take from X-Guard from part [II] of the lesson. First time seeing a video explaining how to deal with an opponent escaping his knee while in x guard.
