Double Collar Control, Hook Lift from Butterfly, Partial X Guard Entry, Hook Sweep Variation, X Guard Takedown from Partial X Guard, Single Leg Takedown
3 Part Technique - If your opponent avoids the hand fight, seize both of his collars for Double Collar Control from Butterfly, perform the Hook Lift, and capture the Inverted Armbar when he posts on the mat. If he posts too quickly or posts on your body, slide your leg between his legs and enter into the 1Leg X-Guard. Control the distance with your foot on his hip and scoop under his ankle with an underhook, making a grip on his pant leg for the Hook Sweep Variation from Partial X. When you enter into the Partial X-Guard, make sure to hold his knee with your other hand so he doesn't kick over and escape the guard. If you cannot reach his far arm for the first sweep, grab his other sleeve and feed it to your underhooking hand. Extend your legs to kick him away while you technically stand and dump him to the mat with the X-Guard Takedown from Partial X-Guard. If he balances on his free leg when you stand, finish the takedown by grabbing his collar and yanking him down to the ground as you circle backward.
