Double Leg Takedown, Side Control to Back Control
3 Part Technique - Your success in executing a Double Leg Takedown from Standing is primarily a matter of evading your opponents hands, and this can be accomplished in a variety of ways. However, it is important to remember to finish the Double to it's ideal and full completion by avoiding your opponent's guard recovery. Before he can escape his hips, squeeze his legs together with heavy top pressure and hop over into Side Control. If he manages to post against your first hop, quickly switch and hop over to the opposite side. If he doesn't attempt to face you, wherein you would establish the Side Control with Underhook & Head Control, and he rolls away from you, jump for Seatbelt Control to take his back.
