2 Part Technique - There is always somebody stronger than you. Realize this truth and prepare yourself for when an opponent relies on this advantage against you. He may try to stall your Omoplata from Closed Guard by grabbing onto his own belt. This grip is very hard to break, and he may even be able to throw you over the top of him. When he does, land ready to switch into the Spiral Armbar. If he tries to block this by grabbing onto the inside of his own thigh, break his grip by using your post-hand to push away his knee as you shift your hips forward toward the finish.
