Omoplata from Closed Guard, North South Choke from Side Control, Guillotine from Side Control
2 Part Technique - Your opponent will commonly roll onto his back in order to escape from being submitted by the omoplata, though he isn't out of danger yet. Continue to retain control over his arm with your legs and use your hands to keep him flat onto his back. As soon as you sense the opportunity to attack his exposed neck, wrap your arm around his head and finish with the North South Choke. If you feel him exert himself to try and come on top to his knees, let him, provided you slow his ascent and also control his free arm. With both of his arms momentarily out of the picture, seize his neck for the Guillotine Choke.
