3 Part Technique - If an opponent continues reaching with an Underhook to pass, his arm will be exposed because his body is not properly aligned to control you. Use the elbow as a focal point and swing your leg over to Omoplata. As always, sit up immediately to prevent the opponent from posturing to escape. If the opponent connects his hands to prevent the submission, he will lose his base. Force him over his shoulder and attack with the Spiral Armbar. If you feel the opponent is posturing up, use the momentum against him to roll backwards and attack again with the Spiral Armbar.
