Double Collar Control from Butterfly, Hook Lift from Butterfly, Inverted Armbar from Butterfly, Straight Armbar from Inverted Armbar Escape
2 Part Technique - When your opponent retracts his hands away from the battle for grips, he momentarily exposes his lapels for Double Collar Control from Butterfly. Scoot forward, lift him into the air above your body, and force him to post his hand to the mat or else risk being swept. Capture his outstretched arm by striking your forearm slightly above his elbow joint and sitting up for the Inverted Armbar from Butterfly. If he rolls to escape the submission, counter by following him over onto his back and step over his head. Squeeze his arm and head between your legs to stabilize the top position so that you may work on the Straight Armbar. Finish the armlock similarly to how you apply the figure-four for the Rear Naked Choke.
