Guillotine from Guard, Guillotine Sweep, and Guillotine from Mount
2 Part Technique - If you apply the Guillotine from Guard and the opponent defends the choke by grabbing your arms and hands, the sweep is available because the opponent has no posts. Now if the opponent does post his hand to prevent the sweep, go back to the Guillotine from Guard. If the opponent insists on not getting submitted, which is their best option, sweeping the opponent with your hook and finishing with the Guillotine from Mount is the answer.
