Guillotine Sweep, Guillotine to Front Headlock vs Side Control
2 Part Technique - Sometimes after snapping the opponent down for the Guillotine, you may not have secured the opponent's neck for the submission. However, you will have control of the opponent's head instead. The opponent will immediately attempt to pass your guard to prevent the threat of the Guillotine, so follow the opponent with a strong hook and sweep him for points. If you lose the position and the opponent passes, flatten and switch your hips to the mat before the opponent can secure side control while running your legs away to secure the Front Headlock. From the Front Headlock, use your knee to prevent the Single Leg while circling and taking the opponent's back.
