Far Side Armbar from Side Control
Marcelo talks to Bryan about how he prefers the Armbar over the Kimura from Side-Control: Oftentimes when faced with a strength disparity between you and your opponent, the armbar offers a much higher percentage of success than the Kimura (Double Wrist-Lock, Gyaku Ude-Garami, Bent Arm-Lock, Key-Lock, et al.); this is generally on account of the amount of muscular resistance that supports your opponent's shoulder joint as opposed to their comparatively weaker elbow infrastructure. Pummel for control of the far-side arm with an Under-Hook before looking to step around into the opposite and sitting around their shoulder for the finish.
