2 Part Technique - A successful Far Side Armbar requires a strong Under Hook to place your opponent on his side. The new space you created will be replaced with your leg passing over his head, so he cannot put his back to the mat. For a quicker Far Side Armbar, throw your leg across your opponent's hip. This will make you land on your side, so straighten your body back for a secure Armbar. If you have an Under Hook, yet your opponent is still flat, you will still pass the leg over his head anyways. Place your hip to the mat while scooping your opponent's far arm into the Step Over Triangle.

Great series.  Simple but effective.  I am still catching people with this even after I showed them what I am doing.
