Escaping from the Mounted Triangle Choke
Marcelo and Megan help Gabbie troubleshoot out of a Mounted Triangle: He suggests short, quick bursts of bridging and scooting while held underneath your opponent. Incorporate your entire body into the movement, utilizing your arms to help maneuver your opponent's weight off of your neck and eventually make enough space for an escape. Keep your arms out of danger from the possibility of a transition into an Arm-Lock while you work yourself free.
