Arm Control Bridge Escape vs Mount, Turning Escape vs Mount
2 Part Technique - Always protect your arms, you don't want the opponent to establish any control over your vulnerable limbs for a submission. Often, the opponent will leave a posting arm exposed, which is needed to wrap and bridge for an escape. If there is no posted arm, create one by bridging. After bridging with the opponent's trapped arm, he may counter by posting with a leg instead. Reactions will always give opportunities, some glaring and some possibly unnoticeable. In this case, his reaction creates an opening to use the Turning Mount Escape and transition into Half Guard instead.
