Back Escape & Frame from defeated Granby Roll vs Back Body Lock
2 Part Lesson - The opponent stuffs your Grandby roll, clamps your hips, and steps over to pull you into his Back Control. Continue controlling the opponent's hands to prevent his Seat Belt and use his pulling momentum to drag yourself across to the other side and escape against Back Control traditionally through using your shoulders and the connection of the mat. However, if the opponent transitions to your side during your back escape, sit up and structure your arm to frame against his upper body to create the space to escape.
