2 Part Lesson - If the opponent secures full Back Control you must first break the Seat Belt. The opponent's Seat Belt prevents you from forcing your back to the mat or twisting back into his guard. Use half rotations with your hips to disconnect the opponent's hooks, giving you an opportunity to either force your back towards the other side or stand and shake the opponent off.
