2 Part Technique - Use the Elbow Push Escape to counter the Stacking Pass or prevent Side Control. If the opponent refuses the Elbow Push by returning back to establish Side Control, he will expose his arm to the Straight Armbar submission. The Armbar may seem novel at first, but is very practical in this situation to either submit the opponent or score points.

Such a simple defence, but soooo effective. I will be able to use this immediately. Another reason my subscription is worth its weight in gold!
