2 Part Technique - Keep your elbows in on both sides to protect your arms and prevent your opponent from having more control in the Side Control position. Make sure to raise your knees to prevent your opponent from possibly transitioning into the Mount. The Single Leg vs Side Control requires two strong bridges. One to establish the far Underhook and the second to bridge your opponent's weight away and to secure the Single Leg. This is a great technique to escape Side Control and possibly score points.
