Frame Escape vs Over Under Pass, Bridge Escape from Half Guard, Hook Sweep from Half Guard
2 Part Technique - This move is really important because it can get you out of some deep trouble when your opponent looks to close inch up and establish upper body control from Half Guard. Extend both of your arms to push his shoulders from nearing close to an underhook or crossface, and begin rocking your hips hard from side to side with the Bridge Escape. Commit to the motion, insomuch as to force him to post a hand on the mat, so that you can pummel for an underhook into the space he leaves. Next, insert a butterfly hook and accompany your underhook with an over control for the sweep. If the Bridge Escape isn't enough to make him post, push his face to the side with a collar tie as you bump to dig for the underhook.
