Seatbelt Control from Back, Bow and Arrow Choke from Back
2 Part Technique - Choosing which side to hold your opponent on while maintaining Seatbelt Control is a trade-off: Laying on your overhook's side trades attack-ability for control, and laying on your underhook's side yields the opposite; greater offense over stability in position. If he is preoccupied with defending the choke, he won't be too concerned with escape -so bring him onto the underhook-side. If he's adamant about escaping, he will more than likely leave his neck open, so choose the overhook-side. When he defends you from gripping his collar, utilize the open range of your choking arm as you lay on the underhook-side to punch through his hands and finding an opening. 1on1 Wrist Control comes into play if he tries to hold onto his own collar with his hand.
