3 Part Technique - The opponent has Side Control established. Bring your arms inside for support and lift your legs off the mat to help prevent the opponent from mounting. Use a strong bridge and extend your arms to create the space needed to recover the guard. Now, when you bridge, the opponent switches their base for control. Rock your legs, sit up, and push the opponent back to reverse the position. If the opponent switches their base back to stop you from sitting up, swim both of your arms under their body and bridge out.
