Back Escape, Bow and Arrow Choke Counter
2 Part Technique - Press your shoulders to the mat and slide away to escape the back. If you are forced to escape against the choking side, you must control the opponent's choking arm. Grip the opponent's elbow and wrist to stop the choke, while circling your hips away. Force the opponent's arm over your head to escape, or push your collar away to counter his choke.
