2 Part Technique - Don't let a common escape like the Turning Knee Push spoil your plans on attacking from the Mount. As soon as you notice your opponent looking to make the move onto his side, switch your base before he has a chance to lock out his arms against your knee. Make sure to plant your foot heavily on the mat while holding the Technical Mount, so as to not let him push your ankle into his guard. Feed his top collar into the hand under his chin, and apply an underhook against his top arm with a half nelson. Finish this collar choke, or Katahajime, by extending your arms and pulling his collar across his throat. If you encounter trouble securing his collar for the choke, switch off to the Kimura Grip on his top arm, and fall back with it for an Armbar from Mount.
