Arm Control Bridge Escape vs Mount, Turning Escape vs Mount, Half Guard to Guard
3 Part Technique - Force the opponent to post his hands onto the mat so he bears some of his weight onto his hands and off of your hips by bridging up. Quickly capture his arm with both of yours and trap his ankle on the same side as his arm to prevent him from posting against the reversal. If he escapes his arm or posts to far away to grab without exposing yourself to danger, use the fact that his hips are lighter from the first bump to bridge again and maneuver your leg under his to half guard, then to closed guard. If he catches an underhook on your way from half guard to full, quickly cross your arm against his chest and place both feet onto his calf his to prevent him from closing the distance between your shoulders. Return to the same closed guard recovery by pushing his far hip away, bringing your knee to the outside, and hipping out to free your foot.
