Marcelo exhibits the most practiced and plied sweep in his arsenal: Starting with 2on1-Control from Butterfly-Guard against a kneeling opponent, make the adjustment for greater control by switching from their elbow to the back of their belt around the outside. If your opponent senses the danger of a sweep towards the side of their compromised arm and they reallocate their weight away in response to your Cross-Arm & Belt-Control, launch them over with your Butterfly-Hook towards the opposite side where they will post with their free-hand; break their post by releasing your Pistol-Grip and under-hooking their far-elbow into over-extension, forcing them to rotate about their central axis and flip onto their back. Rise up on top and take whichever means of control are available after reversing your opponent.
