2 Part Lesson -- Marcelo hits a Swing Single: Shoot around your opponent rather than underneath if you are worried they will answer back with a well-timed Sprawl. You can shoot after Hand-Fighting or even control first with a Collar Grip. The grip on the opponent's collar will help off-balance them as you swing as well as give you an axis to spin around. Finish the Single Leg by Running-The-Pipe. Emphasize pressure with your chest rather than our shoulder when finishing the takedown. [03:33] If your opponent begins bringing their leg back down to the mat, grab the far lapel and feed it through the legs for a Pumphandle Grip. Slide your hand back up to the collar and retry efforts to bring them to the mat.
