1 Part Lesson -- Paul shows several options for defeating your opponent's frames that counter your pass: Shown are three options; rewind against the hip into a Leg-Drag, run around to N/S, or throw your shin across the stomach for Knee-on-Belly. If you apply the Knee-Mount, follow your opponent's shrimp by driving with your trail-leg until you can clear the frames and encircle the body for a chest-to-chest pin.
