3 Part Lesson - Paul shows the Kimura and variations: [I] If you lose your opponent's hand from your shoulder while setting up the Farside/Overhook Armbar, catch his hand in a figure-four, double-wristlock aka Kimura Grip. Pinch your knees together in N/S or step up and out to finish the shoulderlock. [II] Use the Kimura grip to prevent yourself from drifting away from your opponent's shoulder when falling back for the Armlock. Paul also shows a clever escape against the armbar into an armbar! [III] If your circle past your opponent's head for the Kimura Grip, you can either wedge your knee inside or mount over for the Armlock. Paul also shows the concept behind removing the hand from posting against your shoulder from the start.
