Taking the Back from Front Headlock, Seatbelt, Sprawl, Turtle to Back Control, Back Control Recovery
2 Part Technique - If your opponent is flexible or fast enough to flag his arm in the way as you try to take the back with Seatbelt Control from the Front Headlock, sprawl your hips to the mat sideways until his arm slips off your body. Once cleared, readjust your base so that you may properly realign the Seatbelt to score the back-hooks or lock the Crucifix for the Rear Naked Choke. If you suspect that he'll try to pull guard after you sprawl, run away from his legs and cartwheel over the danger where you can either attack the back from the turtle again or sit him up to set your hooks.
