Bow and Arrow Choke from Back
2 Part Technique - Prevent the opponent from touching his head on the mat, because that is his first step in escaping. Use your bottom hand to feed the choking arm, pull the opponent's forehead back for space, and zipper your choking arm up to start the submission. Throw your hook leg across the opponent's body and grab underneath his leg to Bow and Arrow. If the opponent pulls at your elbow and arm to prevent the choke, use your leg to peal away his grips.
