Henrique and Matheus demonstrate a very basic drill that allows the top player to work on breaking the Closed Guard and passing while the bottom man works on his escape from Side Control. There are many important details to each of the movements, so with every repetition, make sure to consciously be aware of each intricate motion and the reason why you are performing it the way you are. This includes keeping proper posture, aligning your elbows correctly, distributing your weight with base, and so forth. After you've drilled this sequence multiple times, and alternated passing variations, switch roles with your partner so that you may practice the other perspective of the movements.
