Back Escape, 1 Leg X Guard Entry vs Mount
1 Part Lesson — Paul continues his Back Escape Series: [I] If your opponent is adamant about keeping you on his choking-side, take yourself out of alignment with his hips by heisting over top of his leg and entwining it. Post back over to your escape-side and recover the Single-Leg X-Guard as your opponent attempts to retain Mount.
