Straight Foot Lock Escape
2 Part Technique - When the opponent grabs your foot for the straight foot lock, immediately twist your foot by facing the heel inside. This will completely prevent the foot lock. Now, the opponent instead crosses the foot to the opposite side for a stronger foot lock. Take their foot off of your hip and sit up. Now, put your hands on the opponent's knee and stand up putting yourself into a knee on belly type situation.
