2 Part Technique - Open Guard techniques are neutralized with control, rather than guard passing. Having the control first gives you the next move. From the control, drag the opponent's leg across your body and fold him. If the opponent reacts by pulling his leg away, press his leg down into Half Guard. Pressuring into Half Guard is a big step when passing a good guard.
