3 Part Technique - After knocking your opponent flat onto his back from butterfly with grips on his collar and knee, look to push his leg down to the mat as you dive for an underhook and slide your shin over his thigh to complete the pass. If he blocks your path by shielding your hip away with his knee, close the distance with double collar control until you can weave your hand around his top leg and latch onto his gi pants right above his bottom knee. Sprawl your leg free and drive your forehead into his chest as you circle passed his legs for the pass. If you are unable to weave your hand through, reset the position by pulling his knees off the mat and using your elbow to clear away his cross knee for the Knee Slide Pass.
