2 Part Technique - When the opponent maintains a tight defensive posture with his arms, apply the Collar and Elbow grips from Butterfly. In one movement, scoot under his hips and elevate his leg with your hook as you prevent his arm from posting against the Hook Sweep. If the opponent posts his leg to resist the sweep, keep your hook strong and move your shoulder away to reach his knee with your foot to kick away the leg post.
