Omoplata, Inverted Armbar from Omoplata
2 Part Technique - Force the opponent into a vulnerable position by pummeling outside for elbow control and pulling his arm close. Swing your leg to strike the back of the opponent's shoulder and sit up immediately. Torque the opponent's shoulder by driving forward and securing a hold on his far arm. Posture is the best counter against the omoplata, but it's common for the opponent to forget about the Inverted Armbar possibility. Control the opponent's wrist and press upwards.
