Marcelo capitalizes on a mistaken reaction by his opponent: If while mounted upon your opponent, they happen to attempt an escape by pronating, allow their waist to spin underneath your hips and prepare to attack their neck; cup your opponent's forehead and pull it back to expose their throat for your other arm to fit around it. Align their chin with your elbow as you grab onto your biceps while your free-hand slices behind your opponent's head and reaches for your own shoulder. If your opponent happens to build up onto all-fours, sink your feet in between their knees to set yourself with a pair of Back-Hooks to help grab onto them for Back-Control. Keep your toes off of the mat so as to not accidently bring your feet into an injurious trajectory with the mat when your opponent rolls. Follow behind them tracking their movement with your hooks until you can trace your arm along the underside of their jaw for the Rear-Naked Choke.
