To Lift Or Not To Lift?
Marcelo talks about weight-lifting and yoga/pilates in regards to winning world championships: Personally, he prefers to spend more time training jiu-jitsu rather than isolating energy towards amplifying physical attributes. However, Marcelo finds that dedicating some time towards overall maintenance for the purpose of longevity and injury-prevention does happen to prove beneficial for his jiu-jitsu.
