Marcelo and Orlando help Yuta with the "Shotgun" Arm-Bar: Your hips must align themselves directly behind your opponent's elbow joint while you are maintaining control over their triceps. Lift your hips up to help follow your opponent's angle if they try to posture up and out of the hold; if they are successful, you may need to disconnect back to neutral. If your connection is retained, your opponent may try to counter by turning their elbow upward/outward, thus offering you a transition into the Omoplata.
