3 Part Lesson -- Paul sprawls, spins around to the back, sets his hooks, and finds the choke: Stuff your opponent's takedown by deflecting his or her penetration step downward into the mat. Lock your arms around the shoulders for a Front Headlock Position. [03:08] Clear the arm away from the knee and insert your knee in between the space you've created. Release your grip and fasten the Over/Under Control or Seatbelt. Swap out your knee and pull the opponent onto your lap, driving your hips underneath the opponent to help set the bottom hook first. [09:39] Secure a grip under the opponent's chin pulling the collar across the neck. Grab the lapel with your opposite hand and yank toward the legs as you rise up onto your elbow to look into the face of the opponent for the finishing throttle.
