2 Part Lesson — Marcelo sweeps with an Overhook: [I] If your opponent pummels for an Underhook while you can remain seated upright in Butterfly Guard, you may opt to control his arm with a modified, figure-four style Overhook that doubly acts as a frame. Use the control to pull away his elbow, disallowing a post to the side when you kick out his knee for a Short Hook Sweep. [II] If your opponent bases out wide to prevent the sweep, switch to your opposite hip and push away his head with both hands for an opportunity to hit the Omoplata.

I loved the detail he showed in the beginning about sitting just forward enough in the butterfly to posture against your opponent and prevent a choke. First time I thought about that while sitting with a butterfly guard.
