Rear Naked Choke, Seat Belt Control
2 Part Technique - Create the habit of finishing with a submission after scoring, because you are unaware of how long you can hold the position. The best submission from the back is the Rear Naked Choke. Always force the opponent in Seat Belt Control towards your choking arm. Once the opponent's neck is open, dig your wrist underneath his chin and cross your arms together for the submission. Hide your other hand behind the opponent's head to prevent him from pulling it out. You can use the opponent's shoulder as a temporary hold before you crossing your arms together for more successful choke.
