2 Part Lesson — Marcelo explains the utility of the Inverted Armbar: [I] Using Double Underhooks (or Double Collar if he removes his hands from the grip-fight), Hook Lift your opponent overhead, forcing his post for the Inverted Armbar from Butterfly. If your opponent is too close to your body to effectively apply the finishing pressure, use your bottom foot to extend his posture by kicking out his base. [II] If you capture your opponent's forearm on your chest, connect the trap into a Hook Sweep by sitting up as he tries to retract his arm.
