Over Hook and Wrist Control from Butterfly → Triangle from Butterfly → Reverse Triangle from Butterfly Guard
2 Part Lesson — Marcelo performs two types of Triangle Choke: [I] Stifle your opponent's Underhook by meeting his pressure with Overhook & Wrist Control; if he opens up his elbow to break you grip, fire your leg inside the space to lock on the Triangle. Walk your shoulders around the mat to pivot your hips out to cut and angle for the Figure-Four. [II] If your opponent connects his hands behind your hips to prevent the submission, switch your hips to the opposite side and lock on the Reverse Triangle (crossing your legs in the other figure-four orientation).
