2 Part Lesson — Marcelo explains the various footwork involved in securing the "Bow-N-Arrow" Choke: [I] Starting with your hand already gripping his collar for a choke, if your opponent tries to escape by placing his back on the mat as you transition to the Bow-N-Arrow, swing your leg out from underneath by his feet to reestablish the mount and finish; if he isn't yet flat or on his side, simply take your leg out of the way from the top and sit back for the choke. [II] If your opponent falls to his escape-side while you have the collar, tuck your head under his to prevent his escape and run yourself N/S to sit him back up for an easier transition to the Bow-N-Arrow Choke.
