2 Part Lesson — Marcelo launches a Triangle against an Over/Under Pass: [I] Your opponent runs around and you just catch him in half before he closes the distance for an underhook; with a good grip on his far sleeve, you can slow him down and begin playing Butterfly Half with an Overhook. Lift your hook to elevate his body and shove his hand toward his chest, letting him fall down into a Triangle Choke. [II] If your opponent is preventing you from making space with your hips for the Butterfly Hook by chasing down your Hip Escape, place your hand on his hip and hit a Tilt Sweep to the outside. When and if he recovers by posting, pummel back your underhook against his Half Guard Pass and recover back to Butterfly Guard for a Rear Cross Lapel Short Hook Sweep.
