2 Part Lesson — Marcelo provides simple solutions to a common problem: [I] If your legs are preoccupied while your opponent forces your back flat with a Bullfighter Pass, sit up and post behind, splaying your legs away from his control to get on top. [II] If he hugs your legs to stop you from running away, switch your hips and whip him over or force him to release his hold.

I have a bad elbow and do not want to hyper-extend it by straightening it  out and posting backwards.  It seems like a lot of pressure to hold up your torso and the weight and force of your partner.

Can I still post with the back arm but only up to the elbow instead of posting up to my hand?
Thanks in advance.
