2 Part Lesson — Marcelo explains what do when attacked by an Armbar from Closed Guard: [I] Make same-side grips on your opponent's lapels to prevent him from crossing your arm through center-line, corral his hips between your knees, and wriggle your shoulders through his High Guard. [II] If your opponent is able to rake his leg across your face and begins spinning underneath to sweep you, avoid letting him grab your pants and cartwheel back over to the other side for the Stacking Position. Keep his head from spinning out again and technically remove your elbow from danger.
