Knee Slide vs Open Guard, Seat belt Control from Back, Rear Naked Choke, Turtle to Back Control
2 Part Lesson — Marcelo shows how to recognize options during a scramble: [I] If your opponent initiates a scramble, don't miss out on any opportunities to take advantage of at least one of the possible openings available, thus discontinuing the scramble and coming out ahead. For example, if you land onto your opponent's back after a pass, look for the chance to secure either a Seatbelt (if he defends his neck), or the Straight Choke (if he defends the Seatbelt). [II] If you couldn't find the Seatbelt or Choke on the first and second attempts, latch onto your opponent's neck and hip and yank him off of base, forcing him to open up space for your arms to get inside.
