Breaking Posture from Closed Guard, Collar Choke from Closed Guard, Balloon Sweep from Open Guard, Cross Collar Choke from Mount
2 Part Lesson — Paul reviews the Gyakujujijime from Closed Guard and also teaches what to do when his opponent stands up to defend: [I] Gain a deep collar grip, as if putting on a tight glove, and shift your hips to the side to insert your second choking hand after breaking the opponent's posture in Closed Guard. [II] If the opponent stands to break your grips, release the Closed Guard and place both of your feet on his hips, loading his weight for the Balloon Sweep. Upon landing, claim the Mount position and finish the Double Palm-Up Cross Collar Choke from there as well.
